Ruins

                                                                         Oil on canvas.

Here I wanted to create something mysterious on summer motive!
It's still early day and it's not too hot and not to cool. Just perfect condition for adventure! That old ruins hold many secrets in themselves, even there is maybe somewhere hidden treasure! Or it’s just a perfect place to relax! What you think! What kind conception you have when you look at this painting!?

Since we are experiencing a hot summer, it makes me think "cool" with a gentle breeze and the earthy smell of the forest. Very nice, and a place I would like to be!

(Yes! Like the larger format!)

Thanks for the lovely comments Mikko! Your paintings are very atmospheric, mysterious and you have very interesting colour palette! And this painting has a lot of depths, well done!

I can see both Mikko, but the first thing I thought of when I looked at this magnificent work, was serenity. Lots, and lots of wonderful serenity.

You are truly an amazing artist!

Gros bisous.

Mikko this painting made me think of a painting from the 1600 century, beautiful place to walk around and talk , sit under the trees and contemplate. And stunningly beautiful as all your paintings. I am a big fan of yours.
