Would you ever imaging yourself that you are a time travel and you can go anywhere you want.. I do! And this painting is one of those imaginations! I am really loved the cold winter views in somewhere in middle of now where, where stand just on small house and all around only just wild nature and lots of snow! There is no car, even radio didn’t invented yet, only you and magical sunset!

Clouds over lake. Tutorial

Here is a process of how i painted “Clouds over lake” 

First drawings lines and create composition

 

After that I am create basic color mood of painting

 Then I starting to create light and add more details like clouds on sky, made softer water and create first signs of sunset.

 

Work more on sky with clouds and add more colors. At the same time add more light colors on water and first touch with beach, paint first signs of rocks and create line between water and land.

Painting is almost ready, just few fine adjustment and more bright light in painting.

This is my first try to do something like that, so there is a lot of improvement may be done…
